DOXYFAN (Doxycycline Hyclate 20% (200 mg/ml) Oral Solution)
Composition: Each ml contains Doxycycline hyclate 200 mg (20% w/v)
Overview: Tetracycline-class antibiotic for poultry. Indicated for respiratory and enteric infections including CRD, salmonellosis, colibacillosis, and more.
Indications. Treatment of colibacillosis, CRD due to Mycoplasma, joint infections and infectious synovitis, pasteurellosis (fowl cholera), necrotic enteritis due to Clostridium spp., infectious coryza due to Avibacterium paragallinarum, air sac infections, salmonellosis, and staphylococcal infections.
Dosage & Administration: 0.5–1 L per 1,000 L of drinking water for 3–5 consecutive days. Use medicated water as the only source and prepare fresh daily.
Drug Interactions: Do not use concurrently with products containing calcium, magnesium, or iron.
Withdrawal Period: Broilers: 5 days before slaughter. Not for use in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
